Applied Studio collaborated with Henri Fitzwilliam-Lay to renovate and extend this stunning Notting Hill period home. The project included the full renovation of the house including it’s look and feel but also all of its services. The mansard roof extension was reconstructed, a rear extension and glass conservatory over was built and a garden studio was added in a re-landscaped garden.

The project was about updating this much loved home for it to function like a modern house but also to give it a contemporary look and feel without losing the character of the original building. The result was a home that can be loved and lived in for many years to come.
